This information is necessary to meet our contractual obligations and is used to fulfill the purposes linked to the services requested.

These processing operations are authorized by the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, and in all cases are based on the legal basis of the contract binding the Client and the company Facilicoach, or that of legitimate interest.

• to improve the customer service and the support needs

• to contact you by email or telephone

We limit access to your personal information to those employees who have a need to use it.

In order to obtain and/or maintain accreditations from the International Coach Federation (FIC), the company Facilicoach may be required to transmit the names and contact details of the clients in the context of an audit by the ICF.

The website Facilicoach.com does not use cookies.

  1. DATA STORAGE DURATION

Personal information is retained for the purposes listed in this Policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, information is kept for as long as the client maintains a contractual relationship with the company Facilicoach.

In the event of termination of the contract between you and the company Facilicoach, if there is no other reason to continue the processing personal data, the personal information will be maintained for the periods necessary to comply with the regulations and the rules of limitation in force, in particular contractual, accounting and tax matters or, where appropriate, with a view to processing any complaint or request relating to the services provided.

• demand the correction of your personal information

• demand deletion of your personal information (or modification in such a way that you are no longer identifiable) or to limit the ways in which we can use your personal information or to object to the processing of this information.

• file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country
