3 key steps to work together on your objective
Initial session
Complimentary and non-binding, the initial session allows us to redefine how coaching can benefit you. During this session, we will explore your needs and expectations, and discuss our methods of working together. At the conclusion of the session, you can decide whether you wish to proceed further. If you choose to move forward, we will proceed to sign a contract. The session typically lasts about 1 hour.Coaching
During our coaching sessions, we will begin by setting a session objective that aligns with the overall coaching goal. We’ll explore different areas primarily through questioning or exercises. By the end of each session, we will define actions to be taken between sessions. Each session typically lasts about 1 hour. The number of sessions can be determined in the contract, or we can agree to have the flexibility to stop at any time based on your needs and progress.Debrief session
At the conclusion of the coaching process, a brief 30-minute session is dedicated to assessing the overall progress. This session aims to answer questions such as: Has the objective been achieved? What have we learned throughout the coaching journey? What aspects would we like to maintain going forward? It serves as a reflection and review session to consolidate the gains made and ensure clarity on the outcomes achieved.HOW TO SELECT YOUR PROFESSIONAL COACH?

- Which hobbies should I prioritize for retirement?
- Should I pursue freelance work?

We will begin by clearly defining the framework and setting the objective for the session. Similar to standard coaching, we will explore various areas through questioning and exercises.
Towards the conclusion of the session, we will compile a list of tasks to be implemented. At the end of the session, we will evaluate our progress with questions such as: Has the objective been achieved? What insights have we gained? What strategies would we like to maintain going forward?
