INTRODUCTION

What is a skills assessment?

The skill assessment allow, at every stage of a career, to review their centers of interest, their capabilities, their motivation levers, their skillsets, to determine, validate or reverse a professional project. It is an opportunity to take a step back on the past, analyse the present and to project toward the future.
It is for every active people or jobseekers, in the private or public sector. Sa réalisation est encadrée par la loi et il peut faire l’objet d’un financement individuel, par l’entreprise ou par le CPF. Il dure maximum 24h et est organisé par séances sur plusieurs semaines.
