Introduction

What is a team coaching ?

Team coaching typically occurs within companies or associations, involving a tripartite relationship among the client (the organization), the recipients (the team), and the coach. **The support is tailored according to specific needs **and can be structured as single or multiple sessions, often integrated into broader programs that may include training, collective intelligence activities, or co-development.

It serves various purposes, such as:

  • Project teams: Defining project scope at the outset, re-engaging during project phases.
  • Associations: Defining values and vision.
  • Leadership teams: Enhancing collaboration and maximizing individual contributions.
  • Sales teams
  • Support function teams and more.
Similar to individual coaching, team coaching also has a finite duration and focuses on helping team members identify and leverage their own resources to progress. It can be conducted alongside individual coaching sessions for team members when needed.

3 key steps to collaborate on your teams' objectives

Step 01
Preliminary call
+
Complimentary and non-binding, the initial call will help me understand the needs and expectations regarding team coaching. This session is arranged with the referrer and possibly the team manager. We will discuss the coaching terms, and following the session, I will send a quote outlining my proposed approach. Upon acceptance, we proceed to sign a contract.
Step 02
Coaching
+
Recipient Coaching + Follow-up with Referrers
Step 03
Conclusion session
+
A few weeks after the coaching, this 1-hour session involves the referrers and potentially the team manager. Its purpose is to assess the outcomes of the coaching: How has the team changed since the coaching? Has the objective been achieved?
Step 02 in details

Recipients team coaching

The team is subsequently coached based on the agreed terms. Sessions involve simulations or exercises distinct from their daily routines, followed by discussions. The goal is to help the team gain perspective and adopt a meta position on their working methods. The duration and frequency of sessions vary based on specific needs.

Follow up sessions with referrers

Follow-up sessions with referrers are arranged if necessary. These sessions focus on sharing the progress of the coaching, addressing any logistical issues, etc. The detailed content of the recipients’ discussions remains confidential, but with their consent, certain components such as an action plan may be shared.

INTERNAL COMPANY NETWORK OFFICE - December 2022
I reached out to Laëtitia when our team's collaboration was limited. Laëtitia created and facilitated an interactive and inspiring meeting: an exercise around decision-making that helped us build better relationships and align on common goals, enabling us to move forward with the project.

Regional Manager - Summer 2021
Thank you, Laetitia, for today: the "Delegation" workshop. I started this experience feeling a bit lost and with very fixed ideas. Throughout the day, Laetitia managed to build my confidence and open me up to reflection. I was gaining a better understanding of what I needed and what my constraints were! The exchanges with my colleagues, Laetitia's guidance, and her support helped me make sense of this topic. It was an intense but incredibly constructive day.

INTRODUCTION

What is a collective intelligence workshop?

A collective intelligence workshop aims to harness the knowledge, experiences, and individual skillsets of group members to, for example, address issues, achieve objectives, or generate new ideas. The premise is that “we are smarter together than individually!”

It is suitable for any group or team with a common objective.

Depending on the requirements, one or more workshops will be organized. These workshops aim to challenge participants by using educational activities or metaphors to encourage thinking outside the box and stepping out of their comfort zones. A collective intelligence workshop can be integrated into a broader program that may also include team coaching and/or co-development sessions.

CATEGORY TEAM WORKSHOP - FEBRUARY 2023
We were organising a regional team meeting, with a series of 3 workshop – and with a built in progression. Laetitia helped us re-focus on what our core objectives were, and from there we collaborated on how to get to the best results. The teams eventually rallied behind the activities, we had the results we were hoping for – as well a staggering 4.6 (out of 5) satisfaction rate (post meeting team survey, specific question about team exercises). In short, yes I definitely recommend Laetitia as a thinking and execution partner, she brings great value.

PROJECT MEETING - OCTOBER 2022
Do you know the feeling? When you get overwhelmed with plenty of information whereas you need to make quick decisions to go the next step of your project. Thanks to a simple tree representation, our project team could brainstorm and have clearer mind after this exercise. We could sort information, connect the dots more easily and visualize our different options. Towards the end of the session, the most relevant routes for the future became visible, almost obvious. It made the decision process much easier and the cherry on the cake, we had good fun! Thank you Laetitia for your support in this session. Your positive mindset, the tool and your guidance certainly helped us to get out of a tricky, somewhat stressful situation and to put us back on the right track!

INTRODUCTION

What is a co-development workshop?

Co-development, created by Adrien Payette and Claude Champagne in Quebec, is a specialized approach that leverages collective intelligence for the benefit of an individual. In each session, one participant acts as the client, sharing their specific need, while others serve as consultants who generously contribute ideas and expertise. By the end of the session, the client departs with an action plan to implement. Each participant takes turns as the client during subsequent sessions.

It is designed for:

  • Internal or external peer groups
  • Entrepreneurs or businesspeople
The co-development sessions typically last about 2 hours and occur with a frequency determined by the group, such as monthly meetings. A co-development program can be integrated into a broader initiative that may also include coaching and/or collective intelligence workshops.
Organization

4 steps to co-build together

Step 01
Initial call
+
Complimentary and non-binding, the initial call will help me grasp the needs and expectations regarding Co-development. This session allows me to explain the workings of a co-dev session as necessary and thoroughly understand your objectives. It is scheduled with the referrer. Following our discussion, I will send a quote outlining my proposals. Upon acceptance, we proceed to sign a contract.
Step 02
Codev program kick off
+
This session is organized with the future participants and the referrer. During this hour-long meeting, the approach is elaborated upon and the rules of team engagement are defined. This session also facilitates planning for the initial sessions of the co-development process.
Step 03
Co-development
+
Co-Dev sessions + Prescriber follow up sessions
Step 04
Conclusion session
+
A few weeks after the Co-dev sessions, this one-hour session includes the prescriber. Its aim is to assess the outcomes of the coaching: Has the objective been achieved? What are the feedbacks of the participants?
Step 03 in details

Codev sessions

Each session typically lasts about 2 hours. The number of sessions equals the number of participants, ensuring each participant has the opportunity to be the client. The frequency of sessions is determined during the kickoff meeting.

During each session, the client presents their request and answers questions from the consultants. The consultants then generously share their ideas, experiences, and advice. The client concludes the session by determining the most relevant or suitable approach for their situation and decides on the next steps.

Follow up sessions with the prescribers

Follow-up sessions with the prescribers are organized as needed. These sessions focus on sharing the progress of the coaching process, addressing any logistical issues that may arise, and ensuring alignment with the overall objectives.

The detailed content of the recipient’s discussions remains confidential. However, with their consent, certain components such as action plans or key insights may be shared to ensure transparency and collaboration among stakeholders.

Internal network - February 2024
I really enjoyed the collaborative nature of the co-development session. It was great to see everyone actively participating, sharing their ideas, working together. The facilitator did a fantastic job of guiding the discussion, keeping us focused, and ensuring that everyone had an opportunity to contribute. The structure, agenda and time allocation for each session was reasonable and we covered everything effectively.
