To understand training
INTRODUCTION
What is a training?
Training involves acquiring new knowledge or competencies through individual or collective methods, either in-person or remotely, synchronously or asynchronously. According to Edgar Dale, we remember 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see, and 90% of what we experience firsthand.
That’s why my trainings are crafted to maximize hands-on experience. Drawing from my experience in companies of various sizes, I bridge theoretical content with real-life examples.
