INTRODUCTION

What is a training?

Training is a process to learn new knowledge or competencies. It can happen individually or collectively, face to face or remotely, synchronously or asynchronously. According to Edgar Dale, we remind 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see and 90% of what we experiment.
That is why my trainings are designed to allow a maximum of experimentation. My background in companies of various sizez allow me as well to connect the theoratical content to real-life examples.
Organization

2 key steps to find & organize a training for your team

Step 01

Preliminary call
Free and without obligation, this call aims at determining the training needs, potential constraints and requested adjustments: remote or face to face, group size, length… After the call, I create a quotation stating my recommendations to answer the needs. If it is validated, we sign a training agreement.
Step 02

Training session
The training session is then led according to the conditions agreed on in the training agreement. The training support is provided and an attendance sheet is signed.
